Omega Frequency - We Believe These Truths:
We believe and stand upon the Gospel we receive in the Holy Scriptures, which is the proclamation that Jesus physically died for our sins, He was buried, and that He rose again on the third day. (1 Corinthians 15:1-4)
We believe we are living in the end times, and just as Scripture foretells, many modern churches have departed from the one true faith by denying the Gospel itself. We seek to follow the Gospel of Jesus as it was understood by the Apostolic early Church.
The Gospel Jesus preached is focused on a spiritual heavenly kingdom which has now come to earth. (Matthew 4:17)
God's heavenly kingdom came upon the earth through Jesus' birth, crucifixion, and resurrection. Jesus rules over this kingdom. He calls us to renounce our prior allegiances to this world, and through repentance, lay down our lives to follow Him.
We believe Jesus died once for ALL mankind (Romans 6:10). He offered Salvation to WHOEVER will believe (John 3:16) and call upon His name to save them. (Romans 10:13)
We reject any belief or theology that removes free will, and limits that atonement to a select predestined few.
We are a ministry that emphasizes the all sufficiency of God’s Word and the “narrow way” of obedience to it.
You will find that our teachings are similar to the Ante-Nicene Church, the early Anabaptist movement, as well as the pilgrim persecuted Church throughout the ages.
We are called to be sojourners and pilgrims (1 Peter 2:11-12).
We are to be led by the Spirit of God (Romans 8:14).
We are to use the spiritual gifts the Holy Spirit gives responsibly for the edification of the saints (1 Corinthians 12:4-12).
We reject any belief that promotes Dominion Theology or political nationalism.
We reject any belief or theology that teaches the gifts of the Holy Spirit have ceased.
We also reject any belief or theology that promotes signs, wonders, and prophetic words that when tested, fall outside the guidelines of scripture.
We believe in a literal, visible, and premillennial return of Jesus.
We hold to a post-tribulation, historic premillennial view point of eschatology. This view is called "historic" because many early church fathers have held it, including Ireneaus, Polycarp, Justin Martyr, and Papias.
This belief in the soon return of Jesus motivates us to go into all the world and make disciples.
We boldly preach the true Gospel, expose counterfeit gospels, and demonstrate the values of the Kingdom of God by living as ambassadors of reconciliation.
In summary, we affirm the historic tenets of the Christian faith as taught in the The Nicene Creed:
I believe in one God, the Father Almighty, maker of heaven and earth and of all things visible and invisible.
I believe in one Lord Jesus Christ, the only-begotten Son of God, begotten of His Father before all worlds, God of God, Light of Light, very God of very God, begotten, not made, being of one substance with the Father, by whom all things were made.
Who for us men and for our salvation came down from heaven and was incarnate by the Holy Spirit of the virgin Mary
and was made man.
He was crucified also for us under Pontius Pilate. He suffered and was buried.
On the third day He rose again according to the Scriptures and ascended into heaven, and sits at the right hand of the Father.
He will come again with glory to judge both the living and the dead, whose kingdom will have no end.
I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord and giver of life,
who proceeds from the Father and the Son, who with the Father and the Son together is worshiped and glorified, who spoke by the prophets.
I believe in one holy Christian and Apostolic Church,
I acknowledge one Baptism for the remission of sins, and I look for the resurrection of the dead, and the life of the world to come.
Amen.
